Exhibition Sponsorships
Help us to bring world class exhibitions to the Walters. Individual sponsors are increasingly crucial to mounting the high-quality temporary exhibitions for which the Walters is renowned. Maps: Finding our Place in the World, our fifth-highest attendance exhibit in the past ten years, was made possible only through the generosity of an anonymous donor. The Fall 2008 exhibition, Bedazzled: 5,000 Years of Jewelry, was sponsored in part by Walters’ friends Dick and Rosalee Davidson and Betty Cook and a number of individual donors. Our recent exhibition, Heroes: Mortals and Myths in Ancient Greece, benefited from the support of local and national foundations as well as many generous individuals.
