Copying or redistribution in any manner for personal or corporate gain is strictly prohibited. Any public or commercial use of these materials without prior written permission is a violation of federal copyright law.

PHOTOGRAPHIC SERVICES / RIGHTS AND REPRODUCTIONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All rights granted are non exclusive.
- Permission for publication is for 1 time / 1 edition / 1 publication use only. Additional uses or future reuse require additional fees and contracts.
- The images supplied are not to be cropped or altered in anyway without prior approval. If a detail is approved, the word DETAIL must appear in the caption.
- To ensure accurate reproduction, a color proof must be submitted for approval in a timely manner.
- Only original photographic/ digital materials supplied by the Photographic Services department of the Walters Art Museum may be used for reproduction. Use of copied materials is prohibited.
- The credit line : The Walters Art Museum, Baltimore must be displayed with the image in printed materials and at the end credits of film / video or TV production.
- The license to reproduce may not be transferred to a third party nor may any photographic materials, its derivatives or digital files be transferred to any other user.
- One gratis copy of the publication, CD, or tape in which the museums image appears must be sent to the Photographic Services Department of the Walters Art Museum.
- The Walters Art Museum reserves the right, at its sole discretion to deny license to reproduce to any applicant without explanation.

FEE SCHEDULE
Fees vary based on the commercial / non-profit status of the request, the type of material requested and the nature of use and the scope of distribution. New Photography and Rush Orders require additional fees.

PAYMENT AND CONTRACTS
Upon receipt and approval of the request, an invoice and licensing agreement will be sent to the requestor for payment and signature.
We Require Prepayment On All Orders.
The following Payment Methods may be used:
- Credit Card Master Card or Visa - a 3% surcharge will be added
- Check In US Dollars drawn on a US Bank
- International Postal / American Express money order
- Wire Transfer Please note that bank transfers can cause significant delays and will be charged an additional $30.00.
