Disfrútese del arte y lenguaje en el Museo Walters como parte de una serie nueva de experiencias bilingües en las galerías. Cada sesión será informal y tanto los novatos como los con soltura son invitados a participar. Las sesiones serán facilitadas por educadores bilingües del museo y serán conducidas mitad en inglés y mitad en español, usando obras de arte para aumentar el vocabulario y fomentar la plática. No se necesita ninguna registración. Para adultos y jóvenes maduros.

The Art of Wealth: The Huntingtons in the Gilded Age

Bennett's book provides fresh insights into the lives, fortune, collecting, and philanthropy of three generations of California’s Huntington family during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Learn more about their phenomenal art acquisitions, which culminated in the founding of the Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens in southern California. Sponsored by the Boshell Foundation. This Gilded Age Talk celebrates the new installation, From Rye to Raphael: The Walters Story. A book signing follows. Copies will be available for purchase in the Walters’ Museum Store.
