Homeschool Workshop:Medieval Art Around the World 5-6

Did you know that the Japanese Samurai warriors were also poets? Or that Viking explorers reached North America way before 1492? Students will explore the medieval period from a global perspective and discover the daily life and developments of various cultures throughout the "dark ages".

Explore the Walters through this workshop designed exclusively for homeschool students ages 5-12. Participants enjoy an introduction to the museum, a guided tour, studio activity and post-visit materials.
