Walk, Wonder, and Create Tour: An Hour in Japan

Set sail for an island-hopping adventure! Across our country and over the Pacific, join the fleet as we explore the art of Japan. From haiku to kabuki, let the art of this ancient civilization inspire master works of your own.

Recommended for ages 6-8. One guardian per two children required.

Graduated from our pre-k program?  Join the big kids and their adults for our popular Walk, Wonder, and Create family tours! For ages 6 and up, this once-a-month 45-minute experience allows families to enjoy an interactive tour of the Walters’ collection, and then create artwork that relates to the theme of the tour.

Please note: Online pre-registration required. Spring 2014 (February-July) Program registration will be available in January: January 9 - Member registration begins; January 16 - Public registration begins. Museum members can register early for this popular series!
