In the studio they will paint on papyrus, write in hieroglyphs, and make monumental sculptures inspired by the scribes and artists of ancient Egypt. Families are invited to join us at the end of the week for a special exhibition!

Please note: Pricing for this week's camp is prorated due to the holiday.

Summer Art Camp at the Walters offers kids entering 1st-5th grades a unique and fun-filled summer experience! Join us as we explore art techniques and cultural themes through gallery visits, in-depth art projects and collaborative theater activities. We'll celebrate at the end of each week with camper art exhibitions and presentations. Choose from five weekly sessions (camps are sold by week) and morning or full day class options. All camps are taught by professional artists and museum educators.

For additional information, please call (410) 547-9000, ext. 300.

Please follow these links if you would like to register your child for Before Care, After Care or both. During the care, museum educators will play games with campers and lead them in drawing projects. Each of these registrations is one-per-child. If you have questions, please e-mail Kate Barutha.
