Time
09:00 AM–04:15 PM

Dive down, branch out, and reach up! Campers will use their imaginations to feel, hear, and smell what it would be like to step into the many landscape paintings that fill the museum. They will explore outdoor environments from ancient Greece, Egypt, India, and beyond! In the studio participants will create artwork inspired by natural elements and bring the outside in for a special exhibition!

Summer Art Camp at the Walters offers kids entering 1st-5th grades a unique and fun-filled summer experience! Join us as we explore art techniques and cultural themes through gallery visits, in-depth art projects and collaborative theater activities. We'll celebrate at the end of each week with camper art exhibitions and presentations. Choose from five weekly sessions (camps are sold by week) and morning or full day class options. All camps are taught by professional artists and museum educators.

For additional information or to register by phone, please call (410) 547-9000, ext. 300.

Please follow these links if you would like to register your child for Before Care, After Care or both,. During the care, museum educators will play games with campers and lead them in drawing projects. Each of these registrations is one-per-child. If you have questions, please e-mail Kate Barutha.
