Baltimore Youth Art Month Exhibition Reception

The Walters Art Museum and Baltimore County Public Schools celebrate students' artistic achievements with an exhibit of artwork inspired by the Walters' collection and classroom activities.

A reception will celebrate the participants and families on Sunday, March 16, 2014, 1–3 pm.  Students' artwork will be on display on the Sculpture Court through Sunday, March 23, 2014.

Please note, artwork may be unavailable for viewing during special events.

Folger Consort Performs A Renaissance Christmas: Music of Flanders and Italy circa 1500

The Folger Consort, the early music ensemble-in-residence at the Folger Shakespeare Library, will present a 90-minute concert featuring vocalists, winds, and strings. This premiere performance is inspired by the Walters’ Madonna and Child with Angels, currently on view in our Italian Galleries.
