Winter Break Art Activities

Come in out of the cold and make some art with us! Join us for special ArtCart appearances and winter inspired art activities all week long. No registration is required for these free activities. Drop-in, make and take a fantastic piece of art home with you. Join museum educators as they help families create artful projects related to the collection, special exhibitions and the winter season. Visit often to participate in a different project each day.

Pop-Up Book-making Workshop with Paul Johnson

Have you even been intrigued by “pop-up” books? Did you know that today’s pop-up books and movable toy theaters trace their origins back more than one hundred and fifty years? In this workshop you’ll make your own pop-up toy theater. The workshop for adults will be led by Paul Johnson, one of the U.K.’s most distinguished paper engineers. Peabody on the Court Music Series
