Martin Luther King, Jr. Family Festival
The Walters teams up with its Baltimore neighbors to celebrate the life and triumphs of one of our nation’s greatest heroes, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Special guests will pay tribute through theatrical performances and stories, and kids of all ages will share their dreams, personal heroes and peaceful testimonies through art projects, videos and collaborative community activities!
Special Guests:
Karen’s Fun House performing A Tribute to Dr. King and Heroes of the Civil Rights Movement
Sparky and Rhonda Rucker performing Freedom is a Constant Struggle
Youthdreamers providing art activities and fresh perspectives
