Special Holiday Hours & Paintings at the Walters

What: Special Holiday Hours & Glamorous Holiday Paintings
The Walters Art Museum is open during the holidays every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday, December 26, 2011–Sunday, January 1, 2012.
This festive season, the Walters will host two holiday paintings on the 4th floor of the Centre Street Building from the Kelly Collection of American Illustration, featuring original art works from the golden age of commercial illustration. Images by J.C. Leyendecker (1874-1951) and E.M. Jackson (1896-1962) capture the glamour of holiday shopping in the 1920s and 30s.
