Robert K. Wittman, author of Priceless: How I Went Undercover to Rescue the World’s Stolen Treasures, recounts his twenty year career while working for the FBI as a specialist in art, antiques, jewelry and gem identification. Wittman was instrumental in the creation of the FBI’s Art Crime Team, of which he was named the Senior Investigator. Join in this lively discussion of Wittman’s memoirs, how he started as the son of an art dealer and has risen to claim the title of famous art detective.
There will be a book signing following the lecture in the Centre Street lobby.
