Summer Camp: Heroes

July 29–August 2, 2019, 9 a.m.–4 p.m.

The mighty Hercules, heroic Judith, and adventurous Gilgamesh are only some of the heroes and heroines students will encounter in this session. After learning all about feats of gallantry and derring-do, campers will create art about themselves as heroes.

Inspire your child’s creativity and passion in one of our weeklong summer camp sessions. Each week, campers will engage with a different theme, from architecture to fashion, that will inspire them to create their own masterpieces. Students will connect with art from around the world and meet new friends in a fun, playful environment as professional educators guide them in learning to use a variety of materials. Finally, students will display their work in a showcase of all they’ve learned during their time at the Walters.

Weeklong camp sessions for grades 1-2 and for grades 3-5 are held Monday through Friday, from June 24 through August 9. Before Care 8:30–9 a.m. & After Care 4–5:30 p.m.
