From new acquisitions to upcoming exhibitions, supporters are invited to a monthly virtual series featuring curators, conservators, and other staff members to get a behind-the-scenes look at their work at the museum.

In Fall 2024, the Walters is scheduled to open its first permanent galleries for Art of the Ancient, Colonial, and Indigenous Americas. Staff at the Walters are considering how best to create a welcoming, accessible, inclusive space for visitors and specific audiences, such as students and individuals with Latin American heritage. Join Ellen Hoobler, William B. Ziff, Jr., Associate Curator of the Art of the Americas, for a look at some key objects and concepts underpinning this upcoming installation and initial design ideas.
