Symposium on the Senses

The curators for A Feast for the Senses: Art & Experience in Medieval Europe, Martina Bagnoli and Joaneath Spicer, join leading academics for an introduction to the exhibition, and an exploration of how the senses can guide us toward new understandings of art, music, and the world around us. Through a series of thought-provoking presentations, the speakers will examine how the senses were understood in the Middle Ages compared with today.
