Phone Orders: You may place an order by calling the store. Store hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday. The store's phone number is 866-804-9387.

For security reasons, please do not place orders through e-mail.

Membership

Members receive a 10% discount on store purchases. Find out more about other membership benefits or become a member online.

Shipping

United States: All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. We will inform you of any delay beyond 4 weeks. Insurance is included. We are sorry, but we are unable to provide Next Day, Second Day or Three Day services online. Please list your full address. UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes.

Maryland orders include an additional 6% sales tax.

International Shipping is not available at this time.

Returns and Exchanges

We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery if for any reason you are not satisfied. If your package should arrive damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. For return information, email museumstore@thewalters.org. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
