Explore the Walters through workshops designed exclusively for homeschool students. Participants enjoy an introduction to the museum, a guided tour, studio activity, and post-visit materials. Learn more about the exciting topics we will explore this school year and register online by choosing the appropriate session and age group below.

Pre-registration for homeschool programs is required. Registrations must be received by the Friday before the workshop. In adition to the online event registration options below, a printable registration form for homeschool workshops is also available. Phone and walk-in registrations will not be accepted. Students will visit the Baltimore Museum of Industry (BMI) and time travel to an early 20th-century Baltimore neighborhood to become workers of the past as they take an interactive tour through the galleries. Students will construct a neighborhood by creating and coloring paper models of houses, trains, and shops.
