Baltimore-based singer/songwriter Caleb Stine sings songs full of imagery of everyday scenes. For this special performance in the Walters’ Sculpture Court, Stine presents a set of acoustic songs inspired by animals and insects in the galleries. We welcome folks of all ages to grab a seat on a cushion or a chair and listen to the sounds of Stine while enjoying the architecture of the court (which was modeled after a 17th-century Italian palace) and the sculptures it contains.
About the Artist
Caleb Stine is a singer, guitarist, songwriter, and visual artist. His songs seek to uncover the mysteries of our shared humanity that live just below the surface of everyday experiences. His music has drawn comparisons to Townes Van Zandt and Willie Nelson, but Caleb’s songs are uniquely his own. Flying just below the mainstream radar, Stine has self-released a dozen albums, opened shows for artists like Jason Isbell, Bombino, and Sam Bush, acted Off-Broadway, and drawn storyboards for John Waters. Alongside multiple musical projects, Stine has been performing live shows for 15 years aiming to inspire and create personal connections with his audiences.
