The Christmas Story in Art Walk-In Tour

In the spirit of the season, come enjoy a tour examining religious art that celebrates the story of Christmas. This tour will feature Renaissance and Baroque paintings depicting the birth of Christ.

This tour is part of our free, docent-led, walk-in tours. No reservations are required; just walk in and enjoy.

Inge Reist will bring alive the personalities of Gilded Age collectors as they formed some of America’s most dazzling and admired collections. Her talk will also explore their motivations and methods of acquisition, as well as their philanthropic legacies. Reist is Director of the Center for the History of Collecting at the Frick Collection and Frick Art Reference Library.
