Drop-in Art Making: Build a Neighborhood

Saturday, March 21, 2026, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.
Drop-in Art Making is a program where people of all ages and abilities can get creative and make a work of art inspired by our collection.

Location: Sculpture Court
No registration required.

Join us at the Walters for free art-making activities! Neighborhood designers consider the necessities for people to live and enjoy their lives, from basic needs like transportation and food access to more complex needs like culture and connection. In this lesson, it’s your turn to contribute to a collaborative neighborhood where everyone has what they need to thrive.

Drop-in Art Making is a program where people of all ages and abilities can get creative and make a work of art inspired by our collection. Come with your family, friends, or on your own. Join us for a little while, or stay the whole time! Little ones (0-5 years old) can enjoy expanded offerings during the first hour of the program.

Drop-in Art Making is made possible thanks to generous support from BGE and The Walters Women’s Committee Legacy Endowment.
