Virtual Tours

Virtual Tours are an immersive way for a group of adults to experience the Walters Art Museum and to engage with our collection, exhibitions, and installations from the comfort of your home, classroom, or wherever you may be.

Virtual tours are 60 minutes and are led by docent educators on Zoom. Registration is required for virtual tours. Please email [email protected] to register.

The Art of Looking tour considers: how do we look at a work of art? Practice your skill at close looking to gain a deeper understanding of works from the Walters collection. What will you notice? And, what does it mean?

The Highlights of the Walters Collection tour showcases the museum’s distinctive collection, which spans seven millennia. You can explore the Walters’ unique offerings through themes such as the Walters Art Museum Collection Overview, Across Asia, Japanese Art, Chinese Art, Renaissance & Baroque Art, European Landscapes, Art of the Ancient Americas, and Gems and Jewelry.
