Lines, dots, dashes! What makes a pattern? Throughout February, we will look for repeating patterns in art. We'll make colorful quilts, use found objects to make collagraph prints, explore the patterns of sound and create special carved pattern boxes. Every Saturday and Sunday. No registration required – drop-in, make, and take a fantastic piece of art home with you.
This one of our free, weekly walk-in tours focuses on artworks from Asia. On Sundays and selected Saturdays, the Walters offers docent-led tours of a different part of the collection. No reservations are required. Just walk in.

Talk with an Objects Conservator about techniques and tools used to conserve archeological ceramics and bronzes. The conservation window is on the fourth floor, to your left as you exit the elevators or atrium stairwell.
