The Artcart is Back!
In addition to family friendly activities in our Family Art Center an Artcart will be available from 11 am – 4 pm on workshop days for parents and siblings to enjoy.
Monthly Homeschool Workshops
Third Thursday of the month, September–May, 1:15–3:30 p.m.
Members: $5 per child, per workshop
Non-members: $8 per child, per workshop
Registration forms must be received by the Friday before the workshop. Phone registrations will not be accepted.
Explore the Walters through workshops designed exclusively for homeschool students ages 5–12. Participants enjoy an introduction to the museum, a guided tour, studio activity, and post-visit materials. Learn more about the exciting topics we will explore this school year and register online by clicking on the appropriate session and age group below. General Workshop Information (PDF)
Arts Intensive Workshops for Homeschool Teens
Want to have interesting conversations about art, learn new techniques, and build your portfolio? During each 2 week session, students will explore the galleries and experiment in the studio, making personal connections to the collection and sharpening art-making skills.
Ages: 13-17 Members: $20 per student, Non-members $25 per student
