This presentation will highlight the many ways culture plays a part in the museum experience. It is first important to look at the many layers of culture at play. These layers might include the culture hanging on the walls, the visitors’ background, and the museum culture itself to name a few. Culture is a dynamic concept that changes regularly for people and for places. How do they all work together, and how does this impact learning in the museum?
