Come together for Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead): a vibrant celebration of the lives of loved ones who have passed away and the continuity of life. Visitors will enjoy traditional Mexican dance performances by Bailes de Mi Tierra and free art activities for the whole family.
Beginning Wednesday, October 28, the museum will host a community altar and all members of the public are invited to bring items in honor of loved ones who have passed away. Due to conservation concerns we are unable to display plants, flowers, leaves, balloons, food, or liquids. We appreciate your support.
Presented in partnership with Education Based Latino Outreach.
