10 a.m.-1 p.m.
In conjunction with the exhibition Training the Eye: 19th-Century Drawing, Hans Paul Guerin of the Schuler School will demonstrate some of the materials and techniques of 19th-century classical drawing. Over the course of two days, participants will have the opportunity to hear from Walters staff about the exhibition and will also make art in the Schuler School’s atelier setting, where Henry Walters used to sit for his own portraits a century ago. No experience is necessary, beginners welcome.
The Schuler School is located in Station North at 7 East Lafayette Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21202.
