Studios are available for all tours. Enhance your guided tour with an art studio where students create artwork that connects to tour themes. All artwork goes home with the students.
Studio Fees
$1.75 per student (except Title I schools)
- You will receive an invoice for studio fees with your confirmation materials
- Please make checks payable to the Walters Art Museum and mail at least two weeks prior to your visit. Include school's name and date of visit on your check
- Studio fees are non-refundable
- Receipts cannot be issued at the museum on the day of your visit
Group Sizes
Minimum number of students: 15
Maximum number of students: 60
Length of Time
Combined tour and studio for grades K-1: 1 1/2 hours
Combined tour and studio for grades 2 and higher: 2 hours
If you are interested in scheduling a studio experience, check the appropriate box on your tour request form, and it will be booked at the same time as your tour.
